This policy explains how personal data collected through boygantech.com is processed. We have kept it short; if anything is unclear, write to us.

What we collect

What you give us

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if provided, budget range and the text of your message. You write every one of those fields; you can keep using the site without submitting the form.

What is collected automatically

Visiting the site produces standard server access logs: IP address, browser type, page visited and timestamp. These are held by the Cloudflare infrastructure and used for security and debugging. No cookie is needed to produce an access log, so these records are independent of consent and cannot be switched off — they are part of serving the site safely.

Measurement and advertising

No non-essential cookie is set before you allow it. When the site loads, measurement and advertising permissions start in a denied state; that is the first signal sent to your browser. Until you make a choice in the consent layer, no measurement or advertising script is downloaded — not deferred, not downloaded at all.

If you consent, the relevant tags load. If you decline, they do not. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Your choice is held in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and is never sent to our server.

The table at the end of this page shows which cookies are in use right now. It is generated from the site’s measurement configuration rather than written by hand, so its contents cannot drift from reality.

The last two rows apply only to categories you have allowed. Without consent, that data is never created.

How long we keep it

• Form messages: up to 24 months after the conversation concludes. Where a contract results, statutory retention periods apply.
• Access logs: a maximum of 90 days.
• Analytics data: a maximum of 14 months, in aggregated form.
• Advertising measurement data: for the lifetime of the relevant cookie; the durations are listed in the table at the end of this page.
• Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which consent is requested again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and security. Access logs are produced here.
• Resend (Plunk Software, Inc.) — delivering contact form messages by email.
• Google LLC — the mailbox those messages land in, and, where you consent, measurement and advertising services.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising conversion measurement, only if you consent to advertising.

These providers host servers outside Türkiye, so submitting the form means your data is transferred internationally. That transfer is necessary to answer your enquiry and is made under the provisions applicable law sets out for international transfers. Transfers to measurement and advertising providers rest solely on your consent and stop when you withdraw it.

Your rights

You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, request correction, request erasure, request that recipients be notified of corrections or erasure, object to decisions based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not make processing carried out beforehand unlawful. To withdraw it, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

To exercise any other right, write to info@boygantech.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

When this policy is updated, the date at the top of the page changes. If a new measurement or advertising category is introduced, consent is requested again; an existing consent is never reused to run a new category. For material changes, we notify active clients by email.

Cookies

A cookie is a small record written to your browser when you visit a site. We group them into three categories:

• Essential. Security and basic functionality. These cannot be switched off, because the site does not work without them. The only thing we store here is your cookie choice.
• Analytics. Measures, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Runs only with consent.
• Advertising. Measures whether an ad click turned into a form submission, and allows retargeting. Runs only with consent.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential ones may affect some functionality. Your choice in the site’s consent layer does not replace your browser setting — the two work together and the more restrictive one wins.
